Do-Division Fest Vendor Space Fees

$400	Regular Retail, Service or Display Vendor 10’ x 10’ Space
$1500	Sponsor, Corporate or Sampling Vendor 10’ x 10’ Space
$350	Discounted Local Retail Vendor 10’ x 10’ Space
To qualify for a discounted rate, retail vendor must be one of the following	Member in good standing with the WTCC Local West Town Artist/Crafter selling their own handmade work West Town Non-Profit 501C3 organization with less than 20 full time employees
$300	Family Oriented Vendor in Family Fun Fest Area 10’ x 10’ Space
Optional Rental Equipment Available:
$200	10’ x 10’ Tent Canopy with water barrels
$260	10’ x 10’ Tent with water barrels and one 10’ back wall
$20 each	6’ x 30” Table X Quantity: = $20
$5 each	Chair X Quantity: = $5
$100	Corner Upgrade
$75	*One Electricity Outlet up to 20AMPS
What you will be plugging in to the outlet?
You must indicate in the box above what you will be plugging into the outlet – be as specific as possible: lap top, number of lamps or lights including wattage, cash register etc. Anything over 20 AMPs will incur an additional fee of $75 per 20 AMPs. Please bring 25’ outdoor extension cord to access the outlet.
Optional, but highly recommended: attach a file with image samples of your merchandise to be sold/sampled/displayed
